We want you to love Premium Kwazoo. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of your purchase.
This applies to both monthly ($2.99/month) and annual ($24.99/year) subscriptions. No reason needed — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
2. Refund Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of each billing charge to request a full refund. After 7 days, the charge is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.
- Monthly subscriptions: 7 days from each monthly charge
- Annual subscriptions: 7 days from the annual charge
- First-time subscribers: 7 days from your initial purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund takes less than a minute:

- Premium-exclusive cosmetics will be locked but saved — they unlock again if you re-subscribe
- Your game stats, achievements, and account remain completely intact
- You can re-subscribe at any time
5. Common Questions
Can I get a refund after 7 days?
Unfortunately, charges older than 7 days are not eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your Premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Will I lose my game progress if I get a refund?
No. Your game history, stats, achievements, and account are never affected by refunds or subscription changes. Only Premium-exclusive features (ad-free play, cosmetics, creator tools) revert to the free tier.
Can I subscribe again after a refund?
Yes! You can re-subscribe at any time. Your previously unlocked cosmetics will be restored when you re-subscribe.
How do I cancel without requesting a refund?
Go to your Settings page and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel, update payment methods, or view invoices.
